The work emerged from the experience of recurring states, in which every attempt to change something sets a new movement in motion, but gradually becomes part of the cycle itself.
The distinction between movement and change is important to me. The effort continues, accumulates, breaks off, and begins again. At a certain point, only the impulse remains, sustaining a closed sequence.
In the video, two figures move inside mesh-like shells. They try to run, crawl, fall, and rise again. Each action gradually becomes part of an existing rhythm and continues along a predetermined trajectory.
The static camera holds the entire process within a single frame, allowing it to be observed as a whole. Repetition structures both the movement of the figures and the duration of the video, while each new impulse sets the same rhythm in motion once again.
